BECOME A JUDGE FOR THE GCAGS/GCSSEPM 2014 CONVENTION

BECOME A JUDGE FOR THE GCAGS/GCSSEPM 2014 CONVENTION

If you are planning to attend the please consider volunteering to judge either oral or poster presentations at the upcoming GCAGS/GCSSEPM Convention in Lafayette! You will help determine the winners of the A.I. Levorsen Award, the Gordon I. Atwater Best Poster Award, the Thomas A. Philpott Excellence of Presentation Award, and the first, second, and third-place Grover E. Murray awards. Your efforts will be greatly appreciated by your peers and the GCAGS/GCSSEPM.  Please see the schedule below or: http://www.gcags2014.com/Technical.Program/Technical.Program.html for the schedule.  You may volunteer directly to Sondra@gemworldevents.net or check the box to be a judge when you register for the convention.

To help us best match the judges to sessions based on their interest and expertise, please notify me by return email of your top three preferred sessions you would like to judge, as well as if you would like to judge more than one session. We will attempt to assign each judge according to his or her preferred session(s); where this is not possible, we will favor the earlier respondent to this email.
